1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your use of bansoftsolutions.com, operated by Bansoft Solutions. By visiting the site you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site's infrastructure, servers or security measures,
• Sending automated requests at a volume that disrupts normal operation of the site,
• Using the contact form to send spam, malware or misleading content,
• Entering another person's identity or contact details into the form without their permission,
• Using site content in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.

Where we detect use contrary to these rules, we reserve the right to restrict access by technical means.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, logos, brand names, design elements, source code and blog articles on this site belong to Bansoft Solutions and are protected by intellectual property law.

• You may view the content and print it for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may quote a reasonable extract from our blog articles provided you credit the source and link back to the page.
• Copying, reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting all or a substantial part of the content without our written permission is prohibited.

The names "Bansoft Solutions", "Smithosphere", "BansAR", "Credo MAX" and "CredoBase", together with their logos, belong to our company. Third-party marks and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

4. Nature of the content

Service and product descriptions and blog articles are provided for general information. They do not constitute technical, legal, financial or investment advice. We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

Products marked "coming soon" (Smithosphere, BansAR, Credo MAX, CredoBase) are still in development. Descriptions of these products are not a commitment or an offer of sale; their scope, features and release dates may change.

5. Quotes and contracts

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer in the legal sense. Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not by itself create a contract between us.

A project begins only when a separate quote or contract setting out the scope, price, delivery schedule and mutual obligations has been accepted by both parties. Where the site and a signed contract conflict, the contract prevails.

6. The contact form

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the contact form. Messages are delivered to our inbox and we aim to reply within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee a reply to every message or a reply within any particular period.

How we handle the personal data you send through the form is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please do not enter passwords, card details or similar sensitive data into the form.

7. Third-party links and embedded content

The site contains links to our social media accounts and other external destinations, as well as embedded content such as the map on the contact page. We are not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of those destinations.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site running without interruption or error, but access may be suspended temporarily because of maintenance, updates, problems at our hosting provider or events beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. This clause does not remove your statutory consumer rights, nor our liability for intent or gross negligence.

We may update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect once published. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Execution Offices of Bandırma have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are acting as a consumer, your right to apply to the courts and consumer arbitration committees designated by consumer legislation is reserved.
